Ladd's first loss came in her next fight against Germaine de Randamie in Ladd's first UFC main event fight. Randamie stopped Ladd in 16-seconds to break her streak of winning. Yana Knitskaya fell by Ladd in the third round of UFC 7 at ESPN. She took on Norma Dumont as a substitute in her last fight with the UFC in UFC Fight Night 195. It was a loss by majority decision.
